Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Multi-species Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A (WNT3A) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: The kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of WNT3A in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Due to the 95% homology of the sequence among different species, the kit can be used to detect human, mouse and rat samples.
Principle of the Assay: The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to WNT3A. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to WNT3A. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain WNT3A, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of WNT3A in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. due to the 95% homology of the sequence among different species, the kit can be used to detect human, mouse and rat samples
Assay Type: Quantitative Sandwich
Detection Range: 0.156-10ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.055ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level WNT3A were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level WNT3A were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV(%) = SD/meanX100. Inter-Assay: CV<12%. Multi-species Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A (WNT3A) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Breast Neoplasms, Congenital Abnormalities, Death, Fibrosis, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases, Skin Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Multi-species Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3A (WNT3A) ELISA Kit. Connective Tissue, Lung, Placenta, Testis, Trachea, Uncharacterized Tissue tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. WNT3A also interacts with the following gene(s): AXIN1, CTNNB1, DKK1, DVL1, DVL2, DVL3, FZD1, FZD8, LRP6, WIF1.
