Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Rat Telomerase (TE) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is Rat TE monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.
Samples: Serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant and organizations in the natural and recombinant TE concentration.
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 20 ng/ml-0.312 ng/ml
Sensitivity: 0.06 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: <= 8%
Inter-assay Precision: <= 12%. Rat Telomerase (TE) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. TE also interacts with the following gene(s): AKT1, DKC1, SMARCA4, SMG6, SP1, TEP1. Ascites, Blood, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Lung, Lymph, Lymph Node, Thymus, Uncharacterized Tissue, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Breast Neoplasms, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Reperfusion Injury are some of the diseases may be linked to Rat Telomerase (TE) ELISA Kit.
