The Human SCF stem cell factor: scf (Catalog #MBS2000951) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2000951 CLIA Kit recognizes Human (General) SCF.

The SCF stem cell factor: scf product has the following accession number(s) (GI #1246100) (NCBI Accession #AAB35922.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

(Or you can also download the PDF Manual for complete product instructions).

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Stem Cell Factor (SCF) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only) SCF.

The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Stem Cell Factor (SCF). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Stem Cell Factor (SCF). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Stem Cell Factor (SCF) level in the sample or standard.;.

Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenates, Cell culture supernates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 2.74-2,000pg/mL
Sensitivity: < 1.22pg/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Stem Cell Factor (SCF) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Stem Cell Factor (SCF) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. SCF also interacts with the following gene(s): EPOR, GDF9, GRB2, JAK2, KIT, MATK, MYB, SHC1, STAT3. Blood, Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Nerve, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Bone Marrow Diseases, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Myocardial Ischemia, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Germ Cell and Embryonal are some of the diseases may be linked to Stem Cell Factor (SCF) CLIA Kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
