The Mouse RETN retn (Catalog #MBS2025393) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2025393 CLIA Kit recognizes Mouse (Murine, General) RETN.

The RETN retn product has the following accession number(s) (GI #12584202) (NCBI Accession #AAG59824.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

(Or you can also download the PDF Manual for complete product instructions).

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Resistin (RETN) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only) RETN.

The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Resistin (RETN). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Resistin (RETN). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Resistin (RETN) level in the sample or standard.;.

Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenates, Cell lysates, Cell culture supernates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 54.9-40,000pg/mL
Sensitivity: < 18.6pg/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Resistin (RETN) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Resistin (RETN) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. Atherosclerosis, Cardiovascular Diseases, Diabetes Mellitus, Diabetes Mellitus, Type 2, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Inflammation, Insulin Resistance, Metabolic Syndrome X, Necrosis are some of the diseases may be linked to Resistin (RETN) CLIA Kit. Blood, Bone Marrow, Eye, Intestine, Placenta tissues are correlated with this protein. RETN also interacts with the following gene(s): ADIPOQ, AKT1, INS, INSR, LEP, PPARA, SERPINE1, TNF, UCP1. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
