Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Prolactin (PRL) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Prolactin (PRL). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Prolactin (PRL). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Prolactin (PRL) level in the sample or standard.;.
Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenates, Cell lysates, Cell culture supernates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 0.41-300ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.17ng/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Prolactin (PRL) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Prolactin (PRL) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. PRL also interacts with the following gene(s): BMP1, ESR1, GHR, JAK2, POU1F1, PRLR, STAT3, STAT5A, STAT5B, TRH. Brain, Connective Tissue, Eye, Heart, Muscle, Pituitary Gland, Placenta, Testis, Uncharacterized Tissue, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenoma, Amenorrhea, Galactorrhea, Growth Hormone-Secreting Pituitary Adenoma, Hyperprolactinemia, Hypogonadism, Infertility, Female, Mental Disorders, Pituitary Neoplasms, Prolactinoma are some of the diseases may be linked to Prolactin (PRL) CLIA Kit.
