Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Human PF4V1 (Platelet Factor 4 Variant 1) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This CLIA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of PF4V1 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: This kit uses Sandwich-CLIA as the method. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to PF4V1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for PF4V1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain PF4V1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of PF4V1. You can calculate the concentration of PF4V1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids
Assay Type: Quantitative Sandwich
Detection Range: 0.313-20ng/mL
Sensitivity: 0.188ng/mL. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. PF4V1 also interacts with the following gene(s): CXCR3.
