Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This NXF1 ELISA kit is a 1.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed for the quantitative determination of Goat NXF1. This ELISA kit for research use only!
Principle of the Assay: NXF1 ELISA kit applies the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique utilizing a monoclonal anti-NXF1 antibody and an NXF1-HRP conjugate. The assay sample and buffer are incubated together with NXF1-HRP conjugate in pre-coated plate for one hour. After the incubation period, the wells are decanted and washed five times. The wells are then incubated with a substrate for HRP enzyme. The product of the enzyme-substrate reaction forms a blue colored complex. Finally, a stop solution is added to stop the reaction, which will then turn the solution yellow. The intensity of color is measured spectrophotometrically at 450nm in a microplate reader. The intensity of the color is inversely proportional to the NXF1 concentration since NXF1 from samples and NXF1-HRP conjugate compete for the anti-NXF1 antibody binding site. Since the number of sites is limited, as more sites are occupied by NXF1 from the sample, fewer sites are left to bind NXF1-HRP conjugate. A standard curve is plotted relating the intensity of the color (O.D.) to the concentration of standards. The NXF1 concentration in each sample is interpolated from this standard curve.
Samples: Serum, plasma, Cell Culture Supernatants, body fluid and tissue homogenate
Assay Type: Competitive
Sensitivity: 1.0 pg/mL. Goat Nuclear RNA Export Factor 1 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Aneuploidy, Blood Coagulation Disorders, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Death, Disease Models, Animal, Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases, Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to Goat Nuclear RNA Export Factor 1 ELISA Kit.
