Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Goat major histocompatibility complex (MHC) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the assay: This experiment use double-sandwich elisa technique and the ELISA Kit provided is typical. The pre-coated antibody is Goat MHC monoclonal antibody and the detecting antibody is polyclonal antibody with biotin labeled. Samples and biotin labeling antibody are added into ELISA plate wells and washed out with PBS or TBS. Then Avidin-peroxidase conjugates are added to ELISA wells in order; Use TMB substrate for coloring after reactant thoroughly washed out by PBS or TBS. TMB turns into blue in peroxidase catalytic and finally turns into yellow under the action of acid. The color depth and the testing factors in samples are positively correlated.
Samples: Goat serum, plasma or Cell Culture Supernatant and organizations in the natural and recombinant MHC concentration
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 100 ng/ml-1.56ng/ml
Sensitivity: 0.5 ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: <= 8%
Inter-assay Precision: <= 12%. Goat major histocompatibility complex (MHC) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Behcet Syndrome, Drug Hypersensitivity, Genetic Predisposition to Disease, HIV Infections, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Lymphatic Diseases, Necrosis, Nervous System Diseases, Spondylitis, Ankylosing are some of the diseases may be linked to Goat major histocompatibility complex (MHC) ELISA Kit. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Eye, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
