Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Mouse Laminin (LN) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Laminin (LN). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Laminin (LN). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Laminin (LN) level in the sample or standard.;.
Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenates, Cell lysates, Cell culture supernates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 0.14-100ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.05ng/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Laminin (LN) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Laminin (LN) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. LN also interacts with the following gene(s): BMP1, COL17A1, COL7A1, ITGA3, ITGA6, ITGB4, LAMA3, LAMB3, MMP2. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
