The Chicken LAT lat (Catalog #MBS2512541) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2512541 ELISA Kit recognizes Chicken (Gallus, General) LAT.

The LAT lat product has the following accession number(s) (GI #2828026) (NCBI Accession #AAC39637.1) (Uniprot Accession #O43561). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

(Or you can also download the PDF Manual for complete product instructions).

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Chicken LAT (Linker For Activation of T-cell) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only) LAT.

Intended Uses: This ELISA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Chicken LAT concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Principle of the Assay: This ELISA kit uses Sandwich-ELISA as the method. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to LAT. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for LAT and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain LAT, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of LAT. You can calculate the concentration of LAT in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Samples: Serum, Plasma, Biological Fluids
Assay Type: Sandwich
Detection Range: 0.313-20ng/mL
Sensitivity: Min: 0.188ng/mL; Max: 20ng/mL. Chicken LAT (Linker For Activation of T-cell) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. LAT also interacts with the following gene(s): GRAP2, GRB2, ITK, LCK, PLCG1, SYK, VAV1, ZAP70. Anemia, Carcinoma, Cardiovascular Diseases, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Nervous System Diseases, Pain are some of the diseases may be linked to Chicken LAT (Linker For Activation of T-cell) ELISA Kit.
