Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human Interleukin 11 ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue Homogenate, Feces, Urine and Body Fluids
Detection Range: 6.25 pg/ml ~ 200 pg/ml.
Sensitivity: 1.0 pg/ml. Intended Uses: This ELISA kit is intended for laboratory in vitro research use only, not for drug, household or other use! The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm by a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of Human IL-11 in the sample, this ELISA kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Human IL-11 concentration. The concentration of Human IL-11 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay CV (%) are less than 15%.
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay CV (%) are less than 15%. Human Interleukin 11 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. IL-11 also interacts with the following gene(s): IL11RA, IL6ST, JAK2, PTGS2, STAT3, TNFSF11, TYK2. Anemia, Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Drug Toxicity, Hemorrhage, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to Human Interleukin 11 ELISA Kit. Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Intestine, Kidney, Pancreas, Prostate, Skin, Stomach, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
