Typical Standard Curve/Testing Data
Intended Uses: This immunoassay kit allows for the in vitro quantitative determination of bovine Hsp10 concentrations in serum, Plasma, tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Hsp10. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated polyclonal antibody preparation specific for Hsp10 and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Hsp10, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of a sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm +/- 2 nm. The concentration of Hsp10 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Serum, Plasma, tissue homogenates and Cell culture supernates and Other biological fluids
Detection Range: 1.56 ng/mL -100 ng/mL. Bovine 10 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. HSPE1 also interacts with the following gene(s): HSPD1. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Carcinoma, Edema, Hyperplasia, Kidney Diseases, Kidney Neoplasms, Liver Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Bovine 10 kDa heat shock protein, mitochondrial ELISA Kit.
