Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Mouse Colony Stimulating Factor 2, Granulocyte Macrophage (GMCSF) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This GM-CSF Ab ELISA kit is intended Laboratory for Research use only. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of GM-CSF Ab in the sample, this GM-CSF Ab ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a cutoff value. The existence or not of GM-CSF Ab in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the CUT OFF.
Mouse Colony Stimulating Factor 2, Granulocyte Macrophage (GMCSF) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. GMCSF also interacts with the following gene(s): FLNA. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Ear, Embryonic Tissue, Heart, Kidney, Muscle, Umbilical Cord, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
