Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15) level in the sample or standard.;.
Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 2.74-2,000pg/mL
Sensitivity: < 1.27pg/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. GDF15 also interacts with the following gene(s): AKT1, ATF3, CA2, FOS, HAMP, HIF1A, PDF, TNF, TP53. Blood, Bone, Brain, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Prostate, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein. Anemia, Cardiovascular Diseases, Heart Diseases, Heart Failure, Inflammation, Myocardial Infarction, Myocardial Ischemia, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Prostatic Neoplasms are some of the diseases may be linked to Mouse Growth Differentiation Factor 15 (GDF15) CLIA Kit.
