Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Rat Fibrinogen, Fbg ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: This assay employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Fbg. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for Fbg. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated Fbg and Fbg in samples. A substrate solution is added to the wells and the color develops in opposite to the amount of Fbg in the sample. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
Samples: Serum, plasma, tissue homogenates
Assay Type: Competitive
Detection Range: 0.312 ug/ml-20 ug/ml
Sensitivity: 0.156 ug/ml. Detection Wavelength: 450 nm
Sample Volume: 50-100ul. Rat Fibrinogen, Fbg ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Liver, Muscle, Reticulum, Testis tissues are correlated with this protein. Brain Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Diseases, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Myocardial Infarction, Skin Diseases, Thrombosis are some of the diseases may be linked to Rat Fibrinogen, Fbg ELISA Kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Fbg also interacts with the following gene(s): FGA, FGB, PLG, SERPINC1.
