The Human DDO ddo (Catalog #MBS2018975) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2018975 ELISA Kit recognizes Human (General) DDO.

The DDO ddo product has the following accession number(s) (GI #261278134) (NCBI Accession #BAI44653.1) (Uniprot Accession #Q99489). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only) DDO.

The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO), biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Tissue homogenates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 0.156-10ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.059ng/mL. Application: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Disease Models, Animal, Drug-Related Side Effects and Adverse Reactions, Edema, Immune System Diseases, Mammary Neoplasms, Animal, Mental Disorders, Neoplasms, Experimental, Neurotoxicity Syndromes, Pain, Respiratory Tract Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to D-Aspartate Oxidase (DDO) ELISA Kit. Brain, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Muscle, Placenta, Skin, Uterus tissues are correlated with this protein.
