The Human CR1 cr1 (Catalog #MBS2532467) is a CLIA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS2532467 CLIA Kit recognizes Human (General) CR1.

The CR1 cr1 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #86793109) (NCBI Accession #NP_000642.3). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

(Or you can also download the PDF Manual for complete product instructions).

Intended Uses: This CLIA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of CR1 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

Principle of the Assay: This kit uses Sandwich-CLIA as the method. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to CR1. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for CR1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate is added to each micro plate well successively and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain CR1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured spectrophotometrically by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of CR1. You can calculate the concentration of CR1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.

CR1 cr1
