Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given clia kit. We\'ve tested the Human CDK1 (Cyclin Dependent Kinase 1) CLIA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This CLIA kit applies to the in vitro quantitative determination of Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Principle of the Assay: This CLIA kit usesthe Competitive-CLIAprinciple. The micro CLIAplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha. During the reaction. Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of Human8-epi-PGF2alphaon the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed from the plate, and Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. The Relative light unit (RLU) is measured spectrophotometricallyby the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is negatively associated with the concentration of Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha. You can calculate the concentration of Human 8-epi-PGF2alpha in the samples by comparing the RLU of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Serum, Plasma And Other Biological Fluids
Assay Type: Quantitative Competitive
Detection Range: 7.81-500pg/mL
Sensitivity: 4.69pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, midrange and high level Human8-epi-PGF2alphawere tested 20 times on one plate, respectively
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, midrange and high level Human8-epi-PGF2alphawere testedon 3 different plates, 20 replicates in eachplate. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. CDK1 also interacts with the following gene(s): Bub1b, Ccna2, Ccnb1, Ccnb2, Ccne1, Cdc20, Cdc25b, Cdc25c, Pcna, Wee1. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Prostate, Skin tissues are correlated with this protein.
