The Human CD80 cd80 (Catalog #MBS760940) is an ELISA Kit and is intended for research purposes only. The product is available for immediate purchase. The MBS760940 ELISA Kit recognizes Human (General) CD80.

The CD80 cd80 product has the following accession number(s) (GI #4885123) (NCBI Accession #NP_005182.1). Researchers may be interested in using Bioinformatics databases such as those available at The National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) website for more information about accession numbers and the proteins they represent. Even researchers unfamiliar with bioinformatics databases will find the NCBI databases to be quite user friendly and useful.

To buy or view more detailed product information and pricing, please click on the technical datasheet page below:

(Or you can also download the PDF Manual for complete product instructions).

Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Human T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80 ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data
Typical Testing Data CD80.

Typical Standard Curve
Typical Standard Curve CD80.

Principle of the Assay: This kit was based on sandwich enzyme-linked immune-sorbent assay technology. Anti-Human CD80 antibody was pre-coated onto 96-well plates. And the biotin conjugated anti-Human CD80 antibody was used as detection antibodies. The standards, test samples and biotin conjugated detection antibody were added to the wells subsequently, and wash with wash buffer. HRPStreptavidin was added and unbound conjugates were washed away with wash buffer. TMB substrates were used to visualize HRP enzymatic reaction. TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that changed into yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow is proportional to the Human CD80 amount of sample captured in plate. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader, and then the concentration of Human CD80 can be calculated.

Samples: Serum, plasma and other biological fluids.
Assay Type: Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody
Detection Range: 78-5000pg/ml
Sensitivity: 46.9pg/ml. Human T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. CD80 also interacts with the following gene(s): CD247, CD28, CD40, CD86, CD8A, CTLA4, HLA-A, HLA-DRB1, IFNG. Breast Neoplasms, Cardiovascular Diseases, Inflammation, Kidney Diseases, Liver Diseases, Liver Neoplasms, Lung Diseases, Lung Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental are some of the diseases may be linked to Human T-lymphocyte activation antigen CD80 ELISA Kit. Blood, Connective Tissue, Lung, Lymph Node, Mammary Gland, Thymus, Tonsil tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
