Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This sandwich kit is for the accurate quantitative detection of Human Cathelicidin-1 (also known as CATHL1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates, cell lysates, tissue homogenates.
Principle of the Assay: This kit is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). The plate has been pre-coated with Human CATHL1 antibody. CATHL1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human CATHL1 Antibody is added and binds to CATHL1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CATHL1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human CATHL1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernates, Cell Lysates, Tissue Homogenates
Assay Type: Quantitative Sandwich
Detection Range: 7g/ml-300ng/ml
Sensitivity: 3.21ng/ml. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-Assay Precision (Precision within an assay) Three samples of known concentration were tested on one plate to assess intra-assay precision. Intra-Assay: CV<8%
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-Assay Precision (Precision between assays) Three samples of known concentration were tested in separate assays to assess inter-assay precision. CV(%) = SD/mean x 100. Inter-Assay: CV<10%. Human CC Chemokine receptor 6, CCR-6 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. CCR-6 also interacts with the following gene(s): CCL19, CCL20, CCL21, CCL25, CCL5, CXCL10, CXCL13, CXCL9, DEFB1, DEFB4A. Blood, Bone Marrow, Intestine, Lymph Node, Pharynx, Prostate, Spleen, Stomach, Thymus tissues are correlated with this protein. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Arthritis, Rheumatoid, Cardiovascular Diseases, Hypersensitivity, Inflammation, Liver Diseases, Lung Diseases, Necrosis, Neoplasm Metastasis, Neoplasms, Respiratory Tract Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Human CC Chemokine receptor 6, CCR-6 ELISA Kit.
