Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4). Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4). Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. Then the mixture of substrate An and B is added to generate glow light emission kinetics. Upon plate development, the intensity of the emitted light is proportional to the Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4) level in the sample or standard.;.
Assay Type: Double-antibody Sandwich
Samples: Serum, Plasma, Tissue homogenates and Other Biological Fluids
Detection Range: 27.4-20,000pg/mL
Sensitivity: < 12.3pg/mL. Application: Chemiluminescent immunoassay for Antigen Detection.
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4) were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4) were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
CV(%) =: SD/meanX100
Inter-Assay: CV<12%. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Adenocarcinoma, Brain Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Heart Diseases, Hypertension, Inflammation, Lung Diseases, Neoplasms, Nervous System Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Bone Morphogenetic Protein 4 (BMP4) CLIA Kit. BMP4 also interacts with the following gene(s): BMPR1A, BMPR1B, BMPR2, CHRD, CHRDL1, FST, NOG, SHH, SMAD5, SOSTDC1. Bone, Brain, Connective Tissue, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Heart, Lung, Mouth, Skin, Vascular tissues are correlated with this protein.
