Please refer to the product datasheet for known applications of a given elisa kit. We\'ve tested the Chicken Activating Transcription Factor 1 ELISA Kit with the following immunoassay(s):
Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Princple of the assay: This test kit applies competition method to detect the content of Human Interferon ?(IFN-?). Add samples to enzyme well which has been pre-coated with antibodies, then add recognition antigen labeled by horse radish peroxidase (HRP); after been incubated 1 hour at 37 0C, both compete with solid phase antigen and formed immune complex; after been washing by PBST, the combined HRP catalyses TMB (Tetramethyl benzidine) into blue, and turns into yellow by the action of acid; it has absorption peak under 450nm wavelength, and its absorbance is negatively correlated with antigen density of sample.
Samples: Serum, blood plasma- Tissue homogenate AscitesCell Culture Supernatants
Assay Type: Competitive
Sensitivity: 7.132ng/L. Chicken Activating Transcription Factor 1 ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene.
