Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Intended Uses: This mouse albumin ant igen assay is intended for the quantitative determination of total albumin in mouse plasma, serum, urine & other biologica l fluids. For research use only.
Principle of the Assay: Mouse albumin will bind to the affinity purified capture ant ibody coated on the microtiter plate. After appropriate washing steps, peroxidase labeled polyclonal anti-mouse albumin antibody binds to the captured protein. Excess antibody is washed away and TMB substrate is used for color development at 4S0nm. A standard ca libration curve is prepared Jlong with t he samples to be measured using dilut ions of mouse albumin. Color development is proportional to the concentration of albumin in the samples.
Background/Introduction: Albumin is a water-solu ble protein with considerable st ructural stab ility which makes up 60% of the total protein of plasma. It functions as a carrier of hormones, enzymes, fatty acids, metal ions, and medicinal products.
Samples: Mouse plasma, serum, urine & other biologica l fluids
Sensitivity: 0.09 ngjml. Intra-assay Precision: Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty t imes on one plate to assess intra-assay precision.
Inter-assay Precision: These studies are currently in progress. Please contact us for more information. Mouse albumin ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Brain Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases, Disease Models, Animal, Hypertension, Kidney Diseases, Kidney Failure, Chronic, Liver Cirrhosis, Nephritis, Proteinuria, Respiratory Tract Diseases are some of the diseases may be linked to Mouse albumin ELISA Kit. Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Kidney, Liver, Lung, Lymph Node, Muscle, Pancreas, Spleen, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein.
