Typical Testing Data/Standard Curve (for reference only)
Principle of the Assay: The microplate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to ABI1. Standards or samples are then added to the appropriate microplate wells with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to ABI1. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain ABI1, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm +/- 10nm. The concentration of ABI1 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Samples: Human tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids
Detection Range: 0.156-10ng/mL
Sensitivity: < 0.054ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision: Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level ABI1 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively. Intra-Assay: CV<10%
Inter-assay Precision: Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): 3 samples with low, middle and high level ABI1 were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate. CV(%) = SD/meanX100. Inter-Assay: CV<12%. Human Abl Interactor 1 (ABI1) ELISA Kit or ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbant assays) Kits in general, are a valuable research tool for a myriad of applications in a range of scientific settings. Currently, three major types of ELISA formats are used by researchers: sandwich, competitive and indirect. Most commercially available ELISA Kits are sandwich or competitive. Commercially available ELISA Kits contain wells that have been pre-coated with the capture antibody. Please refer to the product manual for the ELISA format of your specific kit. Adenocarcinoma, Breast Neoplasms, Cell Transformation, Neoplastic, Disease Models, Animal, Immune System Diseases, Inflammation, Intestinal Neoplasms, Necrosis, Neoplasms, Experimental, Weight Loss are some of the diseases may be linked to Human Abl Interactor 1 (ABI1) ELISA Kit. The following patways have been known to be associated with this gene. Blood, Bone, Bone Marrow, Brain, Embryonic Tissue, Eye, Heart, Liver, Lymph Node, Stomach tissues are correlated with this protein.
